The Importance of Proper Blood Flow & Circulation

Do you have poor blood flow to your “extremities” such as your hands, legs or feet?

Do you ever experience cold toes, fingers or hands? Maybe even numbness tor swelling to your feet?

Do your legs feel ”restless” from time to time?

If you’ve “answered” yes to any of the above, then you might be displaying signs of a far more serious health condition that can lead to :

  • Heart disease
  • Diabetes
  • Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD)

We tend to ignore “blood flow” or circulation because if your hearts pumping, then you’re probably under the impression that your veins and arteries are functioning just fine.

Unfortunately, this isn’t always the case…

Referred to as the “Silent Killer”, poor blood flow can lead to heart attack or stroke without a victim ever displaying warning signs that they were unhealthy to begin with.

Despite being so focused on lowering cholesterol, some doctors end up forgetting that improper blood flow and circulation is one of the leading causes of heart attack or stroke.

This is exactly what happened to my dad, prior to suffering a stroke. With normal cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar levels, he was living a healthy lifestyle consisting of a proper diet and regular exercise as recommended by his doctor.

Fortunately, he was healthy to begin with which contributed to his successful recovery reaching about 90% to where he was prior to suffering the stroke.

However, this could have been avoided; which is why I’m determined to help you take the necessary actions to improve your blood flow and circulation so that you and your family don’t have to experience the challenges my dad did.

The Problem

Your blood is responsible for carrying oxygen and nutrients to every organ and cell in your body.  When there are restrictions, such as the narrowing of the arteries, plaque build-up, thick blood, and so forth… your body is not functioning optimally, and nutrients aren’t being delivered to your cells, heart or brain. That’s why if you have poor blood flow and circulation, you're  in danger of suffering from numerous health problems and disease, such as:

  • Heart Disease– stroke or heart attack, blood clots
  • High Blood Pressure and kidney damage
  • Diabetes– numbness in your extremities (hands and feet), amputation
  • Mental & Memory – slow thinking, poor memory, Alzheimer’s, depression
  • Muscle Loss– lack of nutrients to the muscles, weakness, fatigue as you get older
  • Problems in the bedroom – erectile dysfunction affects most men over the age of 40
  • Accelerated Aging– skin, hair, poor eyesight, varicose veins, etc.
  • Poor Sleep, insomnia, sleep apnea, etc.

The Cause

Aside from genetics, poor blood flow and circulation are typically caused by:

  • Smoking
  • Diabetes
  • Obesity
  • Poor diet
  • Very little or improper exercise
  • Stress Management
  • Lack of key nutrients, vitamins and minerals

The good news is that all of these causes are fixable and under YOUR control.

Solutions

There are many ways that you can improve your blood flow and circulation without the help of medications.

Stop Smoking

We all know how harmful smoking is to your body. It increases cholesterol, hardens the arteries and causes blood vessels to constrict. So, if you smoke, I encourage you to make the right decision for your body and commit to quitting once and for all.

Exercise

Regularly exercise is essential to your overall health and wellness. Specifically, cardiovascular “aerobics” such as jogging, running, swimming, biking are all especially important. Even a brisk walk can have significant benefits on your health. By getting outside at least 3x per week for a 20-30-minute walk, you can dramatically improve your health.

However, most people are unaware that “anaerobic” muscle-building exercise, is just as important and maybe even MORE important than aerobic.

The more muscle you have, the better your blood flow, the bigger your arteries, the more flexible your blood vessels… Which all translates into greatly improved circulation from head to toe.

And you don’t need much. Just 20-30 minutes, 2-3x weekly using cables or dumbbells at home is great. Even your own body weight is a fantastic start.

Diet

As the saying goes, “you are what you eat”

So, the first thing to do is reduce or eliminate animal protein and animal fat. In addition, it’s important to reduce your sugar intake as it corrodes your arteries and blood vessels.

Focus on eating more natural whole grains, sweet potatoes, fruits, vegetables, legumes, fish and nuts.

And don’t forget the water… drink lots and lots of purified water to increase your blood flow and volume.

You should also eliminate all caffeine beverages because caffeine constricts your blood vessels and also increases the stress hormones.

Stress Management

Speaking of stress...even though we can’t stop or eliminate what's causing it, you can certainly learn to manage how you REACT.

When you’re under heavy emotional stress, your adrenal glands secrete various hormones, which end up causing constriction of the blood vessels, arteries and so forth … causing anxiety and panic attacks. This can even be fatal for individuals who aren’t in the best of shape as it can lead to heart attack or stroke.

Rely on the Power of Nature

Nature always has the answers and because of this you rarely need medications … certainly NOT for long-term health solutions.

When trying to find natural alternatives for my dad, I did a LOT of research and tested numerous supplements before I finally discovered some of the best ingredients and combinations.

Vitamins & Minerals

Certain vitamins are essential; however, most of us lack the nutrients we need. For example, statistics show that 87% of people are deficient in Magnesium, a mineral that’s crucial to supporting our heart muscle and vascular system. Note that Magnesium also requires calcium for proper absorption, so make sure you take calcium as well.

But the one major problem with minerals, especially calcium is that it can collect on the walls of your blood vessels, thus reducing their flexibility and having a negative impact on both circulation and blood pressure.

As a result, you need to take Vitamin K2 and specifically, the MK-7 version to help remove calcium from your bloodstream and shuttle it into your bones where it’s needed.

3 other essential vitamins include Vitamin C, D-3 and E, utilized together. In fact, one clinical trial suggested that this combination helped reduce heart attacks by over 50%!

Amino Acids

There are two Amino Acids that are particularly important to mention. The first is a special “Carnitine” blend, utilizing Acetyl L-Carnitine, L-Carnitine Fumarate and Glycine Propinyl L-Carnitine (GPLC). This specific blend dramatically improves circulation and reduces the hardening of the arteries.

The next is N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC), which helps remove heavy metals and toxins from your blood, while boosting your immune system and also cleansing your liver.

Herbs

The 3 most important herbs for improved blood flow, circulation and improved vascular flexibility are Nattokinase, White Willow Extract and Ginger Extract.

Nattokinase helps fight Fibrin Buildup, an insoluble protein formed from fibrinogen during the clotting of blood. It forms a fibrous mesh that impedes the flow of blood (not what you want).

White Willow Extract is a natural form of Aspirin and when used in the proper dosage, helps naturally thin your blood and acts as an anti-inflammatory.

And finally, Ginger Extract, which is FANTASTIC because it helps:

  • Fight against atherosclerosis, which is the hardening of the arteries
  • Inhibits abnormal platelet aggregation, which is a part of blood that can “clump” together and cause blood clotting
  • Increases contractile strength and ATP production to the heart.

How can I Afford All of These Vitamins?

Trust me, I understand that taking in excess of 30 pills today might be as time consuming as it is expensive. My parents and I were posed with this very same challenge…which is why I developed a solution.

Blood Flow Optimizer™ is an all-in-one solution that contains specific scientifically research dosages of each key ingredients mentioned above. For years, this safe and effective remedy has helped people all over the world improve their blood flow, circulation and their overall health and wellness. So, what are you waiting for?
