And most of us, just don't have the time to do the research on our own. Curcumin extract has many benefits. However, please do NOT be fooled with other products that state on the label that it has 1500 or 2000 mg of curcumin, but doesn't post the extract amount or total percentage. Most of that is just INACTIVE POWDER and thus, worthless for the most part. It costs a bit less, but does very little.
Additionally, when it comes to reducing inflammation, there are many factors and triggers, as well as receptor modulators. Curcumin is just ONE of the more popular ones, but certainly not the only one or the best one.
I was very surprised when my friend at the gym told me about Dr. Robbins' Inflame & Pain Relief supplement, he asked for my opinion. I told him I don't know much about it and I looked things up at the website. My surprise came when I discovered how complete the formula is and how it addresses many of the inflammatory factors all in one product. I was more surprised that the cost wasn't higher because of the multiple ingredients and higher extracts.
My honest opinion is that this is a very well designed product, this is for sure. And, a good value (especially when purchased in volume discounts).
I've personally started taking it only because of the fact my friend speaks so highly about it. It's only been 3 weeks of use and so far, I do FEEL the benefits. My mobility is much better at the gym and with exercises, I have a wider range of motion again.
However, this is all I can report back so far. Hopefully more improvements over the next few weeks. I'll report back. I've also given a bottle to my wife's mother who has pain and will see how she feels using it.

I'm 61 years old and I've been active my entire life. Sports, tennis, basketball, etc. I haven't played sports in years, but I've made sure to go to the gym and exercise outside since my 30's. However, after a few decades of exercise, coupled with aging, my joints just hurt. My shoulder, knees and ankles mainly. I no longer run, but I walk about 30 minutes daily. I do go to the gym still, but mainly lighter weights and higher repetitions. My point is that I have not given up, but have modified my life and workouts due to the ongoing pain in my joints (and also lower back)
My doctor had told me to take Nap roxen for pain relief and I did as he suggested. However, after a few years, this and similar drugs have wrecked my insides. Liver, kidney and stomach. And getting off of them was difficult, but I didd so slowly.
For the past few years I did the natural method - lots of fish oil, lower carb diets, less omega 6 fats and so forth. All the things Dr. Robbins has suggested in his podcasts and blog posts. All helped. I've also been taking Dr. Robbins CholesLo and Blood Pressure Optimizer for a few years and both have worked great.
Then one day I found out about his INflame & Pain relief pills. I honestly didn't know he even had this product, so I thought I'd give it a try.
RESULTS: I start low and increased the dose over the first 2 weeks. I felt some relief after 7 days. By the end of about 30 days, for sure I felt better. It's subtle, but it's there. I used all 3 bottles and after about 3 months, a definite improvement in everything. It's very surprising that something like this works and it's natural.
It doesn't kill the pain as well a the drugs, but I feel SO MUCH BETTER. I feel great actually taking this product.
I've noticed I'm stronger at the gym. I can play with my grand-daughter without worry. I can also enjoy more intimacy =))
Other benefits of pain relief is my stomach feels good. I used to have some pain. I thought it was diet or spices or something. But no more. My hair also is shinier and looks healthier. I don't have the same fullness I did in my 20s, but for sure it looks better and slightly fuller.
All in all, 5 stars. This is 3 of Dr. Robbins' products that have worked. I wish I could afford to take his other products, but I take what I need and I no longer have to take medications, which has lots of benefits as well.

PS - I have tried other "inflammation" or curcumin containing products. Even 2 that cost more. NONE have worked as well as Inflame/Pain Relief. And I give each product a solid 3 month try. So, no more testing or guess, this is the product for me. =)
I don't even want to call this a "curcumin" product, because it's so much more. But it really is the best product I've tried for the "curcumin supplements". And I've tried at least 6-7 of them. I've tried just the powder, which was a complete waste. I've tried 95% extract, low and very high doses and that was better. I've tried ones with ginger or Bioperine and I've even gone ahead and just made my own using 5-6 different ingredients.
The one that worked the best has been this formula and the second was my own. But, the difference is my own formula was a hassle because I had to buy so many different products, pills and powders. It ended up costing more anyway.
But this product really is "all-in-one" and the combination of different cucumins and other ingredients must be the secret. It does cost more than regular curcumin product. But trust me, it's so much more effective. My body and skin just feel and look better.
I've gotten more pain relief and the skin/hair is just starting to show benefits after 4 months.
