Can Stress Cause Baldness

Can Stress Cause Baldness – Hair Loss Part 5

YES! – Increase My Libido & Boost My Testosterone” – Continue »

So far you’ve learned that men who are losing their hair, typically have

Now, before I start today’s article… let me ask you a question: What hormone do you think is the “opposite” of Testosterone?…

When I ask this question, most people will say “estrogen”.

Which is incorrect.

Actually, the opposite of testosterone is your stress hormone, cortisol!

Which is a MAJOR problem and causing factor for almost everything related to aging, especially as it pertains to hair loss.

As this stress hormone goes up, your testosterone drops faster than a brick in your swimming pool.

And this is nature’s way of preventing you from “procreating” and having babies.

Based on thousands of years of evolution, your body thinks that because you are under a lot of stress, there must be a shortage of food or shelter

…or some other problem which can cause death.

Thus, it’s not the best time for you to have babies.

So as cortisol levels go up, your testosterone drops and so does your sex drive.

Additionally, stress causes inflammation in the body.

And inflammation, known in pattern balding as perifollicular inflammation, plays a significant, perhaps the most significant role in hair loss.

Not only does it cause major hormonal imbalances, but it also signals your body to produce various “hair loss” causing factors, enzymes, peptides and so forth.

Again, I want to keep things simple since I know most of us don’t care about the boring medical stuff.

What we want are more head hair, better testosterone, and higher sex drive.

So, how do we reduce cortisol?

  • Sleep as much as your body requires. Thus, don’t wake up to an alarm clock every day. If you’re sleep deprived, go to bed earlier.

    Sleep

  • Eat 5-6 small meals daily to balance your blood sugar, which helps lower cortisol.

    Small-Meal

  • Make sure you do something every day to relax, your own personal “hour of power”. That may be going for a walk outside, getting a massage, meditating, stretching, watching something funny, or even taking a quick nap.

    Massage

  • Take cortisol reducing supplements – such as 3000 mg of Vitamin C daily, Ashwagandha extract, Rhodiola, and Phosphatidylserine.

    Supplements

Summary

So now you know that your goal is to

  • Increase your testosterone
  • Lower your DHT
  • Lower your Estrogen
  • And decrease stress hormones such as cortisol

As you balance these hormones, you’ll see dramatic improvements in your health, testosterone, and hair loss.

By the way, there’s one other problem with stress hormones – they screw around with your thyroid levels, which causes hair loss and fat again… and that’s what I’ll quickly cover in my next article.

Thyroid Levels CAN Cause Hair Loss And Balding

Thyroid Levels CAN Cause Hair Loss And Balding – Hair Loss Part 6

YES! – Increase My Libido & Boost My Testosterone” – Continue »

In my last article, I talked about stress and cortisol levels causing a decrease in your testosterone levels and also causing inflammation, one of the primary causes of hair loss.

An increase in cortisol also causes negative changes to your thyroid gland.

This article will be short because the good news is that as you balance out the hormones I’ve mentioned today — increasing testosterone levels while decreasing female and stress hormones — you’ll indirectly and naturally improve your thyroid levels.

The problem with thyroid is that too low (HYPO-thyroid) or too high (HYPER-thyroid) can both cause hair loss.

Thyroid

However, typically the problem is low thyroid.

Also, you can be “normal-low”, which is not good. You want to be “normal-high” — that’s the OPTIMAL levels for health and aging.

This will give you

  • more energy
  • increase your metabolism
  • help you lose weight
  • and slow down your hair loss

Again, improving all the hormones I’ve mentioned will typically “fix” your thyroid.

However, one thing you want to avoid is very low carbohydrate diets and soy products — both will KILL your thyroid and soy also increases estrogen levels.

Two things you do NOT want.

Soy

Okay, so we’re almost done… the 7th and final article is NOT about hormones, but about improving your blood flow and oxygen to your cells – which means better hair growth and bigger, fuller erections.

Okay, so let’s go to the last and final article in this series…

Female Hormones Can Make Your Hair Fall

Female Hormones Can Make Your Hair Fall – Hair Loss Part 4

YES! – Increase My Libido & Boost My Testosterone” – Continue »

So far we’ve learned that people losing hair are aging faster and they have:

But do you know what’s the cause of these two hormonal imbalances?

It’s the increase in FEMALE hormones, primarily estrogens, and more specifically, estradiol.

Sadly, as estrogen levels rise, so do the other female hormones, such as prolactin, and even progesterone in some cases.

So why is this so bad and why does it happen?

WHY Is Estrogen Bad?

Well, as estrogen and female hormones go up, it signals your HPTA system (Hypothalamic Pituitary Testicular Axis), to produce LESS testosterone.

A man’s body doesn’t like high estrogen… that’s more for women.

Because of this, it has its own, internal “estrogen inhibitor” and that’s DHT – the HAIR LOSS hormone!

This is a VERY IMPORTANT concept to understand that 99% of people don’t know, so I’ll repeat it again.

DHT is a natural estrogen inhibitor!

So now you know why your DHT (the hair loss hormone) levels go up, it’s to lower your “high” estrogen – the REAL problem!

I’m sure you’ve heard some guys being referred to as “short, fat, bald, and hairy”, right?

HairyBald

Well, the “short and fat” is from higher estrogen.

The “bald and hairy” is from higher DHT.

Yes, genetics plays a big role here, but our environment can make things much worse and speed up the negatives.

WHY Does It Go Up?

So why does estrogen go up?

Well, there are lots of reasons…

Unfortunately, due to modern society, there are lots of environmental, “external” reasons…

Such as the foods we eat, plastics, chemicals found in everyday stuff, electronic devices, and so forth.

Microwave

The good news is a lot of you can control it, but unfortunately, there’s just so many things that are out of our control or it’s just not convenient – like staying away from electronic devices.

That’s not doable for most of us.

Then there are “internal” reasons.

Typically, as men age, there is an increase in the “aromatase” enzyme, which converts testosterone to estrogen. Which explains why a man’s testosterone starts to drop in his mid 20s and really falls in his 40s and beyond.

So, aging is a cause…

Additionally, the higher your body fat, the higher your estrogen levels because your fat cells produce their own estrogen independently.

And this turns into a negative cycle because the fatter you are, the more estrogen you produce. And the more estrogen you produce, the fatter you become!

How Can You Lower Estrogen?

It’s actually very easy since I’ve done it hundreds of times over the past two decades.

  • Eat more natural, organic foods. Less processed foods.
  • Limit or reduce anything with plastics, such as bottled waters and Tupperware.
  • I know it’s almost impossible to reduce electronic device usage. But one thing is to NOT put your cell phone near your testicles and thus, NOT near your lap or in your pocket. Also, don’t microwave your foods, at all… especially in anything plastic!
    CellPhonePocket
  • Lose body fat.
  • And take natural estrogen inhibiting herbs such as DIM, Curcumin, and White Button Mushroom Extract. These herbs work really fast and can be almost as powerful as drugs, but without any of the negative side-effects.

Summary

In order to fix things and age better, you want to

  1. Increase your testosterone
  2. Lower your DHT
  3. Lower your Estrogen

Now, we’ve all known how stress is really bad for your health. However, stress is SUPER bad for your testosterone levels and it accelerates hair loss faster than most hormones.

In fact, in my next article I’ll reveal one of worst causes of hair loss

High DHT Affects How Much Hair You Have On Your Head

High DHT Affects How Much Hair You Have On Your Head – Hair Loss Part 3

YES! – Increase My Libido & Boost My Testosterone” – Continue »

So now that you know how to increase your testosterone levels as stated in the previous article, your next goal is to keep it high and this is done by preventing your “high” testosterone from being converted or “reduced” to negative, aging hormones.

And the first “bad” hormone is Dihydrotestosterone, aka – DHT.

This is the hormone that’s known to

  • cause hair loss
  • extra body hair growth
  • and prostate problems

Drugs such as Proscar, Propecia, and Avodart work by inhibiting the 5-Alpha Reductase enzyme from converting or “reducing” testosterone to DHT.

Prostate Medication

Herbs such as Saw Palmetto also have similar effects, just not nearly as strong.

Unfortunately, these “DHT Inhibitors” also dramatically reduce your drive for life, especially your sex drive and libido!

Thus, being one of the major causes of impotence.

Additionally, they cause depression and suicidal thoughts.

In fact, there are websites dedicated specifically to these topics for users of these drugs.

And now, the pharmaceutical companies are required to put these side-effect “warnings” inside the package insert.

They’ve known about it for years, but because of so many complaints — the FDA has forced them to put it in the literature.

Depression

So, you don’t want to take these drugs or even the herb Saw Palmetto.

Instead, there’s a specific form of Zinc, which is clinically proven to lower DHT, and increase your testosterone at the same time.

Thus leading to an INCREASE in your libido and sex drive.

Summary

  • One of the reasons your testosterone lowers as you age is due to the conversion of DHT – which is like Testosterone’s “evil brother”.
  • 5-a Reductase or DHT inhibiting drugs (Proscar, Propecia, and Avodart) and herbs (Saw Palmetto extract) are known to cause lower sex drive, impotence and increase depression.
  • So instead, you want to take a specific form of Zinc, which has all DHT lowering benefits, but without any of the negative side-effects.

However, there is one other major problem…

One of the side-effects with these DHT inhibitors is higher estrogen levels, which leads to Gynecomastia or “man-boobs”.

In fact, higher estrogen is one of the major causes of hair loss and a decrease in testosterone and increase in DHT.

Again, we do NOT want this.

So in my next article, I’ll discuss estrogen and hair loss and how you can “fix” these hormonal imbalances.

So let’s continue to the next article: Estrogen & Hair Loss.

Low Testosterone Can Cause Hair Loss Or Balding

Low Testosterone Can Cause Hair Loss Or Balding – Hair Loss Part 2

YES! – Increase My Libido & Boost My Testosterone” – Continue »

As I stated in the previous article, men who are losing their hair typically have lower testosterone levels.

And it’s no coincidence that a man’s testosterone peaks in his early 20s and start to drop in his late 20s.

And, this is also the time most men start to see hair loss.

Hairloss

By age 40, there’s a big drop in testosterone and at the same time, a big increase in hair loss and extra body hair.

And sadly, it only gets worse as you age.

However, the next big problem is prostate growth and prostate cancer.

And guess what, men who have prostate problems have LOW testosterone.

Do you see a pattern?…

So your goal is to increase your testosterone levels and decrease the “negative” hormones, which I’ll get to during this series.

So how do you increase testosterone levels naturally?..

  1. Lift weights. But only about 3-4x weekly and less than 1 hour at a time. Thus, you only need 4 hours total a week. Too much causes a DROP in testosterone.Weightlifting
  2. Keep intense cardio to a minimum because it lowers testosterone and increases negative hormones. Thus, no running, jogging, biking. A brisk walk for 30 mins daily is great.
  3. Eat more healthy fats, natural fats in the raw form. Eat raw nuts, seeds, egg yolks, grass feed butter, macadamia nut oil, avocados and coconut oil. Do NOT heat your oils. Don’t cook with them. Don’t eat any of the typical “supermarket” oils.
  4. Get more sleep and rest. This is when you produce your good hormones and reduce the bad ones. Take a short nap if you can. Set time aside daily to rest for 20-30 min – even if it’s meditation or listening to relaxing music.
  5. Take herbs and vitamins that are clinically proven to increase your “total” and “free” testosterone levels… such as Horny Goat Weed Extract (20% Icarrin), Avena Sativa Extract (10:1), Longjack Extract (Eurycoma 100:1) and Vitamin D3.

Herbal Supplements

These are five, clinically proven solutions that you can implement right away to see improvements in how you look and feel.

However, increasing your testosterone is just the start.

The real challenge is to KEEP it high and prevent it from dropping.

With that said, let’s continue with the most well-known hair loss hormone, DHT.

How Baldness and Hormones Are Connected

How Baldness and Hormones Are Connected – Hair Loss Part 1

YES! – Increase My Libido & Boost My Testosterone” – Continue »

I get a lot of questions about hair loss, what’s the cause of it, is it genetics, can it be prevented or even reversed.

Unfortunately, there’s a lot of misinformation about this topic…

For example, most people – including the “experts” — say how the cause is “too much testosterone”.

When in reality, guys who are losing hair have less testosterone!

In fact, a high percentage actually have clinical “low” levels of testosterone.

The reality is that they have higher levels of “negative”, “aging” hormones — such as female hormones, DHT, Thyroids, Stress hormones (cortisol) etc. — which are the real causes of hair loss!

Hairloss-Man

These hormonal imbalances end up lowering your testosterone and ultimately, trigger:
  • hair loss
  • “man boobs”
  • lower libido
  • less muscle
  • Depression
  • loss of drive
  • and more belly fat.

And if you think about it, it makes sense…

Teenagers and guys in their 20s have the highest testosterone and yet, they are NOT losing their hair.

Unfortunately, as you age – there’s an increase in these “negative” hormones, causing a decrease in your testosterone and THAT’S when their hair loss starts and body hair increases.

And the older you get, the worse everything becomes.

This is why about 40% of men over the age of 40 are balding AND also have “lower” testosterone levels.

Hairloss-Aging

Additionally, all of these hormonal imbalances are causing inflammation in your body, which is a common trigger for hair loss.

If you have itchy scalp, that’s inflammation.

If you have joint pain, that’s inflammation.

Anyway, if you’re concerned about hair loss, or anything related to hormonal imbalances and accelerated aging, then make sure you read this article because this will be the most important information you’ll ever hear about this topic.

However, don’t worry — I’m not going to make it complicated.

I’ve simplified it all for you in about 7 short, easy to digest articles. You can read each one in 2 minutes or less.

And in each article, you’ll also discover proven solutions that you can easily implement, so you can see fast improvements.

So with that said, let’s go to part 2: Low Testosterone & Hair Loss

Doctor Reveals The 4 Primary Ways To Build Muscle

Doctor Reveals The 4 Primary Ways To Build Muscle

YES! – Increase My Libido & Boost My Testosterone” – Continue »

At the age of 6, when I first moved here to America from Italy – I saw my first muscle magazine and I was mesmerized by the idea of getting big, strong, muscular and lean.

Sadly, I have some crappy genetics and gaining muscle and losing fat has always been an uphill battle for me. But I’ve never given up and in the process, I’ve learned everything there is to gaining muscle and losing fat, naturally.

This also probably explains why I became an anti-aging, endocrinology doctor – which is the study of hormones.

And I’ve coached professional and Olympic athletes, including lots of bodybuilders.

Learn From My Mistakes

And during the past 3+ decades, I’ve made a million mistakes. I’ve done everything wrong because I read all the stupid advices in the muscle magazines or from guys who had get genetics and were taking tons of drugs.

Basically, it was all bullshit! Lies!…

So today, I’m here to pass on all of my wisdom, so you can learn from my mistakes.

I’ve simplified the entire process of gaining muscle to 4 simple and clinically proven “ingredients”.

It Works For Everyone!

No matter what you read or do, these ingredients will produce 90% of all your muscle. You’ll get the most “bang for your time”, so please pay attention and save yourself the hassle in the future.

By the way, what I’ll reveal today works for EVERYONE, every single time — young and old.

It works for guys who have crappy genetics and it’ll work even better for guys who have “good” genetics.

However, I’m going to keep today’s article very short and just give you the main bullet points. Enough for you to absorb the information, take action today and start getting results.

4 Primary Ingredients For Building Muscle

Ingredient #1 – HORMONES

Before anything can be said and done, you must have the right hormones for building muscle. They need to be optimized.

We all have different genetics and please don’t compare yourself to someone else who might have great genetics and then think there’s something wrong with you.

Just as someone who is a genius and has a high IQ, some people are just born with lots of muscle cells and the perfect hormones for building muscle and losing fat.

If you don’t optimize your hormones, anything else you do will NOT work and it’ll be a waste of effort, time and money.

In fact, the right hormonal environment will make you grow muscle without doing anything – no exercise, diets or supplements.

And, this is exactly what happens when you hit puberty and all of a sudden you start getting muscular, leaner, more aggressive, hornier, etc.

It’s ALL about the hormones.

And this is why a women can do the same exercise, diet and so forth as a man, and they will NEVER get anywhere near the muscle size — they don’t have the right hormones.

Anyway, I’ll expand on this topic in a about a minute, so don’t go anywhere.

But let’s move on to the second most important ingredient and that’s EXERCISE

Ingredient #2 – EXERCISE

In order for muscle to grow, it FIRST needs to be “stimulated” and that requires exercise.
The correct form of exercise ALSO produces important hormones and growth factors, that will build muscle.

And in order to do this, you need to lift weights.

Now, this can be with dumbbells, barbells, cables, machines or your own bodyweight. It doesn’t matter.

  • You should exercise 3-4x weekly, no more.
  • Keep your workouts to about 45 minutes or less.
  • Work quickly, with about 60-90 seconds rest between sets.
  • Squeeze the muscle, don’t just lift it. FEEL it. Contract it. Be strict. Go for a good pump.
  • You should do about 6-15 repetitions for your upper body and 10-20 reps for lower body.
  • Go close to failure on your sets. Maybe 1 rep short.
  • Do about 6-10 total sets per muscle.
  • Mix things up and try various different exercises and reps – see what works for YOUR body.
  • Be patient.

Everything I’ve stated has to do with optimizing your anabolic hormones (testosterone, growth peptides, etc.) and minimizing your catabolic hormones (cortisol, adrenal hormones, etc.)

Okay, now that you’ve stimulated the muscle, have produced the right hormones, it’s time to FEED your muscles.

Ingredient #3 – DIET

If you don’t feed your muscles, the workouts will cause you to LOSE muscle.

In fact, this is what happened to me when I first started. I thought I’d lift weights to make my muscles grow and then eat less food to lose fat.

But all I did was get smaller and weaker. I was like anorexic.

However, you don’t need that much extra food. Increase your calories by about 250-500 daily and see how you look and feel after a month. If you’re not getting fat, then good. If you are, lower the calories a little.

This has to do with YOUR body, so listen to it, pay attention. As far as WHAT to eat. Okay… this is where all the confusion comes. Most people eat way too much protein.

The people tell you to eat more and more protein, are SELLING you protein supplements … or, they’re idiots.

Listen – the time you’re growing the FASTEST in life is when you’re a baby – right?

And mother’s milk is only 5% protein. One cup has only 2.5 grams of protein – the rest is fat and carbs.

With that said, the MOST you’ll ever need is 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. So if you weigh 150 lbs, you need 150 grams. NOTHING MORE, got it!

Hell, this even includes guys who are taking a ton of steroids.

You protein should come from grass fed bison, salmon, whole eggs, whey isolate and collagen protein. These are my favorites. Whatever you do, NO processed meats.

Next, you need fats. Most people don’t eat enough good fats and/or are eating too much of the bad fats. Your diet should be about 25% fat, from healthy sources such as coconut, olive, macadamia nut oils… raw nuts and seeds (no peanuts and or cashews) … and avocados are good too.

Finally, you need carbohydrates. Stay away from processed carbs and simple sugars.

Eat vegetables, white rice (NOT brown), yams, sweet potatoes, small amounts of fruits, legumes and other whole grains.

Simple, easy and effective.

Ingredient #4 – REST

Now that you’ve stimulate and fed the muscle, you need to REST it. Just like a baby, you need your rest to grow.

As far as sleep, get as much as you need. Some need 6 hours and some need 9. Go to bed before midnight and wake up naturally.

Also, this means that you don’t go and play sports every day, party all night and burn out your resources — which is needed to build muscle.

Again, rest improves your anabolic hormones (testosterone, growth peptides etc.) and minimizes your catabolic hormones (cortisol, adrenal hormones, etc.)

Summary

And we come back full circle again to your hormones.

There are lots of hormones in the body — but the main one that controls muscle size is Testosterone. … And NO, it’s not GH, MFG, IGF, etc., etc.

Yes, there are growth factors such as Myostatin inhibitors, but that’s not something you can control – it’s a “genetic” thing, so let’s not talk about it.

Testosterone is the hormones that turns a “boy” into a MAN!

It’s the main hormone that differs in quantity for men and women. Thus, why women can NEVER get as big as men — UNLESS they take lots of steroids, which are derived from testosterone.

Some guys produce more testosterone than others. And ALL guys produce LESS testosterone as they hit their mid 20’s.

Sadly, not only do we start to produce LESS testosterone, we also produce MORE of the negative hormones such as estrogen, cortisol, etc.

5 Simple & Clinically Proven Tips To Get Harder, Fuller & Bigger Erections

5 Simple & Clinically Proven Tips To Get Harder, Fuller & Bigger Erections

YES! – Increase My Libido & Boost My Testosterone” – Continue »

Let’s be honest, almost every man wants a harder, fuller and bigger erection… Especially as we get older.

By the way guys, most women don’t necessarily want a “huge” penis…

However, every woman DOES want a super hard erection because it lets her know that you’re interested and thus, you’re attracted to her.

When you can’t get “hard” or you go “soft” after a while, it probably has nothing to do with her.

Unfortunately, she’ll take it personally and then it causes stress on the relationship which then makes your “performance” even worse.

So let’s fix this potential “challenge” right now.

Let me reveal 5 simple, very effective and clinically proven solutions for you to quickly achieve harder, fuller and even bigger erections.

1 – Eat Better

What you put or don’t put in your body, affects your hormones and blood flow, which directly influences your ability to get and maintain an erection.

Eat more- such as coconut, avocado, macadamia nut and extra virgin olive oil … and for sure, some whole eggs from pasture raised chicken.

All of this will create much higher testosterone levels, which means higher sex drive and better erections.

2 – Exercise Better

You’ll noticed I didn’t say exercise “more” because too much exercise, increases your stress hormone cortisol and lowers your testosterone.

  • Lift weights, 3-4x weekly – no more than 45-60 minutes
  • Don’t do any kind of stressful cardio, such as long distance running, jogging, biking, etc. Either do quick sprints for only 10-15 minutes or better yet, go for a brisk 20-30 min walk outside, 3-4x weekly. Preferably on your “off” days when you’re not lifting weights.

3 – Sleep Better

Again, you’ll notice I didn’t say sleep “more”, even though most people ARE sleep deprived and should sleep an extra hour or two… as needed.

By sleeping better and getting into a deeper REM sleep, you’ll optimize your hormones levels. And 3 simple ways to do this is:

  • Sleep before midnight, preferably around 10 PM
  • Dim the lights and wear blue blocker glasses about an hour before bed
  • Turn OFF any electronic device near your bed. At the very least, put your phone on “airplane” mode to reduce electromagnetic waves

Again, it’s all about optimizing your hormones.

4 – Lose Fat

Your fat cells produce estrogen. The higher your body fat, the more estrogen your body has, which tells your testicles to produce LESS testosterone.

So little by little, your fat cells will produce HIGHER female hormones, leads to LOWER male hormones and you slowly castrate yourself and turn into a “girly man”.

5 – Take Supplements

Unfortunately, modern-day foods are completely lacking in so many essential vitamins, minerals and plant extracts.

So you need to “manually” replenish these essential nutrients by taking certain ingredients that

  • Increase “positive” male hormones, such as testosterone.
  • Decrease “negative” female hormones, such as estrogens, progesterone and prolactin.
  • Reduce “stress” hormones, such as cortisol
  • Boost Nitric oxide levels, which will improve blood flow and circulation.

By taking these specific nutrients, not only will you feel and look better, healthier and younger…

But your “performance” in the bedroom will dramatically improve, as will the fullness and size of your penis.

Prostate cancer real cause and cure

The REAL Cause & Solutions For Prostate Cancer

YES! – Increase My Libido & Boost My Testosterone” – Continue »

Today I have a very important topic for guys… I’ll dispel the myth and reveal the REAL cause AND solutions for prostate cancer.

I bring this up because of personal reasons – I have a family history of prostate cancer.

In fact, about 2 years ago my uncle died of it. Unfortunately, he lived in another country and I didn’t have much contact with him to help him.

So, hopefully this article can help you or someone you care about… Whether you’re in the US or anywhere else in the world!

Anti-Androgens Do NOT Work!

The other day I asked my friend how his dad is doing because his father has prostate cancer.

My friend said “he’s doing fine, his cancer has regressed and his prostate has decreased as well”.

It was great news and I asked him how this was done?…

My buddy said “Dad is taking an anti-androgen drug to kill off all his testosterone… Unfortunately, my dad feels like crap. Depressed, moody and zero sex drive or zest for life. But, at least no more cancer”

Now, my friend is a doctor and he’s a smart guy.

Unfortunately, I knew this was the WRONG way to deal with this situation. That his dad should NOT be taking “testosterone killing” drugs.

Higher Testosterone Protects The Prostate

I then told him that higher testosterone is actually PROTECTIVE AGAINST prostate cancer and that the REAL cause is an imbalance and higher levels of “negative” hormones such as estrogens (female hormone), DHT (hair loss hormone) and cortisol (stress hormone).

In addition to inflammatory responses from other hormones…

He quickly argued with me and told me about a clinical study using these “testosterone killing”, anti-androgen drugs and how they stopped the prostate cancer…

Well, at this point in my life, I no longer argue with people — especially “know-it-all” doctors.

There’s just no point. They will see things THEIR way and always believe that drugs and surgery is the only way to fix a problem.

So I then just dropped the topic and that was it.

You Don’t Need Drugs Or Surgery

However, I’m sharing this story with you so you can learn from it and not BLINDLY accept whatever drugs your doctor gives you or someone you care about it.

So let me quickly dispel the myth about what causes prostate cancer.

The REAL Cause Of Prostate Cancer

Now, for decades scientists have given men with prostate cancer, anti-androgen drugs such as Flutamide.1,2

Basically, these types of drugs are forms of “medical castration”.

They completely turn OFF your testicles from producing any hormones, which is primarily testosterone for men.

The end result was a regression in prostate cancer and a decrease in BPH.1,2 Unfortunately, a man is no longer a “man”.

Having no testosterone causes him to

  • be depressed,
  • have no sex drive,
  • lose of muscle and strength,
  • have higher belly fat,
  • higher levels of cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, etc., etc.

All problems related to “low testosterone”.

However, if you no longer have cancer, I guess these problems are okay and you’ll “tolerate” life.

Unfortunately, this thought process was and is completely wrong.

Teenagers & Prostate Cancer?…

You see, if “high testosterone” was the real cause of prostate problems, then all guys in their teenage years and 20’s, would have issues because this is the time when a man’s testosterone is the highest.

Yet, guys have no prostate problems during these years … right?

The TRUTH is that as a man ages, AND his testosterone is dropping, is when he starts having the prostate problems.

Estrogen – The REAL Problem

And recent research reveals the cause of this is an imbalance of hormones, which is high estrogens, resulting in lowered testosterone.4

And THIS is why taking these horrible “anti-androgen” drugs worked.

They completely block all the testosterone in your body and thus, there was nothing to convert to estrogen and the end result was yes, less testosterone… and thus, the thought process that “testosterone causes prostate problems”

However, having no testosterone also, LOWERS estrogens and THAT was the REAL reason these drugs worked.

In fact, increasing your testosterone levels while also decreasing your estrogens and other “negative” hormones such as DHT, prolactin and cortisol…

is the REAL CURE for prostate cancer!3,6

And that’s the REAL secret – the optimal balance between these hormones.4,5

You want the same ratio and levels of hormones that you did in your 20’s when you were the HEALTHIEST!

For decades I’ve been saying this because we have prostate cancer in my family.

Backed By Multiple Clinical Studies

And now, there are multiple studies backing everything up.4

In fact, one study4 included 18 total studies involving almost 20,000 men and it showed that increasing testosterone helped protect against prostate cancer.

So the bottom line is that if you want to live a healthier and longer life, if you want to decrease your risk of prostate problems and also increase your libido, you want to actually INCREASE your testosterone levels and decrease your “negative” hormones such as female (estrogens, prolactin, etc.) and stress hormones (cortisol).

Proven Ways To Increase Your Testosterone Levels

4 Clinically Proven Ways To Increase Your Testosterone Levels, Naturally

YES! – Increase My Libido & Boost My Testosterone” – Continue »

Today I’m going to quickly discuss the 4 clinically proven ways to increase your testosterone levels, naturally from within your own body (“endogenously”)

libido

This is an important topic for men, but for women as well!… Remember, both sexes have all the same hormones, but only in different amounts.

Healthy testosterone levels is important for optimal health, bone density, positive mood, sex drive, maximum muscle and strength, and also disease and cancer prevention for BOTH sexes.1,2,3

The Problem With Testosterone
Injections, Creams & Pills

The good news is that many people, including doctors are aware of the numerous benefits of optimal testosterone levels. Unfortunately, many people are looking for a quick fix with “exogenous” (outside) testosterone — such as injections, creams and pills.

Unfortunately, when you add testosterone into your body, it has many negative side-effects if it’s not managed properly. It can actually cause the OPPOSITE effects over time.

Doing it naturally is much better because you won’t have the negative effects and you’ll easily be able to maintain all the benefits long-term.4,5

It’s always best to do it naturally, BEFORE you try “drugs”.

Besides, even if you wanted to take exogenous testosterone (injections, creams, pills, etc.), utilizing today’s “natural” methods will only ENHANCE the positive effects and give you even more benefits.6

Testosterone Boosting Foods

What you eat, is just as important as what you DON’T eat. Food controls your hormones.7

PROTEIN

About 25-35% of your protein source should be from fish, eggs and free range, grass fed bison/buffalo. All the other sources, even the “free range” chicken and cow/beef, still have lots of negative hormones — despite what the government or “label” tells you.8,9,10

PROTEIN-food

Make sure you also have WHOLE eggs daily because the cholesterol is needed to produce testosterone and other sex hormones. About 2-3 daily is fine.

Don’t worry, it won’t increase your cholesterol levels. That’s a myth for the most part.

Just make sure it’s free range eggs. Try to have it raw and if not, keep the yolk a bit runny and soft.

Don’t over cook your protein or fry it. And stay away from Soy. It causes an increase in your estrogen levels.

CARBS

Have about 40-50% of your diet from healthy carbohydrates — vegetables, fruits, lentils, yams, quinoa, and some white rice is fine in small amounts.11

carbs-foods

Eliminate or reduce all sugars, man-made carbs and processed foods (chips, pasta, breads, etc.)12

FATS

Make sure you have some healthy fats, about 25-30% of your diet. It helps produce many of your sex hormones, including testosterone. Most people eat the WRONG forms of fats, which can lower testosterone.13,14,15

healty-fats

Good fats are RAW coconut oil, macadamia oil, hemp oil, avocado, raw nuts/seeds and egg yolks.

Testosterone Increasing Exercises

The RIGHT type of exercise can have dramatic effects on your hormones — positive OR negative.

Lift Weights

Lifting heavy weights (6-10 repetitions) increases testosterone. You only need 3-4x weekly because too often will do the opposite because it’ll increase your stress hormone, Cortisol16 and keep your workouts to 45 mins or less OR Go fast.

Stop Cardio

Eliminate intense cardio such as running because it lowers testosterone and increases Cortisol, your stress hormone. If you want to run, keep it less than 20 or 30 min max. Anything over that and your testosterone drops. It’s better to take a brisk, 30 min walk 3-5x weekly, preferably outside in the sun.17

Testosterone Maximizing Life-Style

Lifestyle changes has to do more with stress management and rest.

happy-sleep

Sleep is very important. Most of us don’t get enough. So try to get to bed earlier. Squeeze in a little nap in the day as well if you can.18

Try to reduce negativity in your life because it increases your stress hormone, cortisol and burns out your adrenal glands. 19,20

This means negative thoughts, information, media … as well as negative people. You can’t eliminate it, but you can certainly REDUCE some of the negatives in your life.

Best Supplements
For Increasing Testosterone

Most of us are deficient in numerous herbs, vitamins and minerals.

In fact, it’s estimated that we would need to eat at least 27,575 calories daily21
to get all the nutrients our bodies need.

And even HIGHER as we age, due to poor absorption Because of this, I HIGHLY suggest you take specific herbs, vitamins and minerals to help boost your testosterone levels naturally, from within.

Not only will your libido and sex drive increase, but you’ll feel younger, have more energy, increase your muscle mass and lose belly fat because of the naturally higher testosterone levels.

And because this all happens naturally from WITHIN your own body, it’s safe for long-term use.

Clinically Proven Herbs, Vitamins & Minerals

Some of most effective and clinically proven herbal remedies boosting your testosterone are: 22,23,24,25,26

  • Testofen® Fenugreek Extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum; 50% fenusides, 50% Saponins)

Try to make small improvements daily and over the next few weeks and months, you’ll have new habits, a healthier body and optimal testosterone levels.

If want to speed up the process and you’re looking for faster results, adding in specific supplements, herbs and vitamins can make dramatic improvements. Plus, it’s easy and convenient.
